Having trouble logging in? Plug in a manual patch to get back in the game. You can find the manual patches at our download page.

Once you have downloaded the manual patch that you need, you can either double click on it to have it apply itself to the game, or select Manual Patch from the game launcher menu. 

(Please try Resume on the auto-patcher multiple times first if it seems to hang. Just exit, then resume again. If you have trouble downloading the manual patches, please wait a few minutes, then try again.)
