Retailer ThinkGeek has launched a special giveaway promotion themed around Bethesda’s upcoming post-apocalyptic role-playing game, Fallout 4. Called the “Countdown to Fallout 4 Giveaway,” the promotion sees the retailer give away Fallout 4-related items every week until the game arrives on November 10.
Available items include Vault Boy bobbleheads, clothing, officially licensed Steel Series Fallout 4 peripherals, and messenger bags. The retailer is also giving away six total Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Editions. This is particularly noteworthy since they are completely sold out and stock will never be resupplied.
The giveaway campaign actually began last week, and one lucky person won a Pip-Boy Edition for the platform of his choosing.
You can enter the Fallout 4 giveaway promotion at Bethesda’s website. There you’ll also find a full schedule of prizes, as well as all of the contest rules.
Giant gaming retailer GameStop acquired ThinkGeek earlier this year in a $140 million deal. GameStop expects to see a boost of about $100 million-plus in annual net sales as a result of the buyout.
In other recent Fallout 4 news, Bethesda says it will not talk much more about the game’s story in the lead-up to launch. In addition, although Bethesda does have DLC plans in place for Fallout 4, the development team’s principal focus right now is on getting the core game out the door in November.
