Bethesda has released new gameplay footage for Fallout 4, but tucked it into a video for the latest update to Fallout Shelter. The video, which you can see below, shows Piper, a new Legendary Dweller added to the mobile game.
Piper will also make an appearing in the main Fallout 4 game. Skip to the 30-second mark and you’ll see her talking to the game’s protagonist, discussing whether he (or she, depending on your choice) supports the news. It seems Piper is a journalist for Public Occurrences, which provides Wastelanders with a “hard look at the truth.”
Piper is unlocked as a Fallout 4 character by playing the iOS version of Fallout Shelter. The update adds a new game mode and other content, such as a free Fallout 4 character for those playing on iOS.

The Fallout 4 release date is set for November 10 across PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Bethesda recently published the latest episode in its “S.P.E.C.I.A.L.” video series. The first image and control details for the PlayStation Vita version available through Remote Play were also discussed.
