Christmas Day service issues have already been reported for PlayStation Network and Steam. Now, Microsoft’s Xbox Live service is also facing some problems.
The Xbox Live Status page shows that “Purchase and Content Usage” problems affecting buying downloadable games is running into trouble today across all major platforms.
“We are working with our engineers to get this fixed right away!” Microsoft said. “Thank you for your patience.”
All Xbox Live “core” services, including signing in, as well as creating and managing accounts, however, is working just fine right now, according to the Status page.
We’ll have more details on this service interruption as they become available.
We’re currently working on issues w/ managing billing/subscriptions & other account settings. We’ll have updates at https://t.co/99xfLMWcZW
