The Xbox One backwards compatibility program continues to grow. Microsoft’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb has announced that Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved has joined the lineup.
Retro Evolved, an extension of the Geometry Wars hidden minigame from Project Gotham Racing 2, was first released for Xbox 360 in November 2005. GameSpot’s review scored the game an 8.2/10.
You can buy Retro Evolved today from Xbox.com for $5.
It is just the latest to join the Xbox One backwards compatibility program. There are more than 130 games in the lineup currently, and more will be added on an ongoing basis.
