Since Bungie removed a loot cave in Destiny that could be plundered for rare items, players have been searching for other locations that could be exploited in a similar manner.
Now one group of fans have revealed what they feel is a worthy alternative, which they are calling Loot Cave 2.0. The location is, in fact, a stairway situated next to an enemy spawn point in Old Russia. If players position themselves at a certain distance, enemies appear immediately and drop valuable items as soon as they are dispatched.
As the video guide above shows, farming the location for loot will be interrupted by a nearby drop ship, which dispenses enemies that will need to be taken care of. But the video’s creators, called MinistryofGeeks, say the location is nevertheless the most fruitful one they have found.
However, judging by Bungie’s previous actions to remedy loot exploits, it’s likely that the loot stairway will be patched.
