Grand Theft Auto V launches on November 18 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in shiny high definition, with both versions to run at 1080p and 30fps. Rockstar has confirmed that the new versions will sport increased draw distances, more wildlife, upgraded weather, and damage effects. GTA Online matches will feature an increased player count to 30 users with an additional two spectators. Rockstar also stated that GTA Online on the new platforms will feature a “completely overhauled” character creator that will offer a “greater range of customization.”
The PS4 and Xbox One versions will introduce an exclusive new first-person mode.
New vehicles, guns, missions, and lots more coming to players who already own the game and are upgrading to a new version.
- Access GTA Online’s interaction menu by holding the DualShock 4’s touch-pad
- Phone calls and police radio sounds will emit from the DualShock 4’s speaker
- Swipe the touch-pad up or down to change weapons
- Swipe the touch-pad left or right to change the radio station
- The DualShock 4 light bar will flash red and blue when you have a Wanted level

Unfortunately, fans who want to play the game on PC will have to wait until January 27 next year.
