This week, we’re looking at a game that will test your multitasking abilities: Battleline Wars. In this game, your goal is to destroy the enemy obelisk by sending units down multiple lanes and overwhelming your opponent. Your opponent will also send units down these same lanes with the same goal. Any unit that reaches the end of the lane will have a chance to attack the obelisk. If you’ve ever played any lane defense games, then you have a good idea of how this one goes. Unlike other lane defense games, though, there’s another person controlling the attackers, and Battleline Wars is quite fast.
You’ll need to manage many things to be successful. You want to constantly send units down each lane, counter the opposing units with the solid unit composition, send additional reinforcements to your obelisk, control your hero defender, and spend your resources to upgrade your forces.
We’d like to know what you think! Are the races balanced? Is the action too intense? Are there too many choices? Maybe the pace could start slower and then ramp up. Give Battline Wars a spin and let us know in the comments below.
