Batman’s villain Ra’s al Ghul’s name was first pronounced on Batman: The Animated Series. His name was pronounced as Raysh-ah-Ghoul. In the movie, Batman Begins, his name was pronounced Roz-al-Ghoul. I’ve asked some people, and they agree the higher ups prefer “Raysh.” We also see a version of that when the Turtles try to figure out who he is.
