Following a pair of other game franchise-centric Loot Crates, another is on this way, this one featuring Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
The limited-edition crate, which will only be available once, includes “11 epic and exclusive Call of Duty collectibles,” according to the store listing. Like standard Loot Crates, which deliver an unspecified assortment of items to subscribers every month, there’s no specific indication of what kind of goodies will be included.
The asking price (including shipping) is $100, while the contents are valued at over $175. That, of course, is based on the suggested retail price, which can often be very inflated over the actual sale price.
This Black Ops III crate follows similar offers for Fallout 4 and Mass Effect, the latter of which was briefly on sale last week. This new crate is not yet available for purchase; as with the others, you can sign up with your email address to be notified when it is up for sale. But be aware that signing up doesn’t guarantee you anything–you’ll still need to place an order before the crate sells out.
Black Ops III launched last Friday on PC, Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, and PS3; the latter two platforms don’t feature the game’s campaign mode. For more, check out GameSpot’s review.
