Assassin’s Creed III may have been a one-off story in the series–the main character Connor never got his own trilogy like Ezio did–but the game’s art direction still remains one of the best of any Assassin’s Creed title. Today, Ubisoft showed more evidence of the lasting appeal of Connor, as it announced a new figurine for the four-year-old game.
In a post on its blog, Ubisoft showed off the pretty awesome new figurine, which is called “Connor, the Last Breath.” The statuette depicts a brutal scene of Connor about to embed a hatchet in an ill-fated Redcoat soldier. You can see a picture of it below.
Ubicollectibles, Ubisoft’s branch responsible for making a lot of figurines and other merchandise for the publisher’s properties, created the figure. On the Ubicollectibles Facebook page, it released a 360-degree video showing off “Connor, the Last Breath,” which you can watch at the bottom of this article.
The pre-order page for the statue is currently broken, but it will be available on September 29.
There’s been little news about the Assassin’s Creed games lately, because Ubisoft announced earlier this year that there would not be a new entry in the series until 2017. There is, however, a film adaptation of Assassin’s Creed coming this year. It stars Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard, and it will be released on December 21.
