Computer maker Dell has launched a new sales promotion for upcoming Wii U kart racing game, Mario Kart 8. If you preorder the game at Dell, you’ll receive a $25 egift card, which will be delivered via email after 10-20 days. It’s not clear if that’s 10-20 days after you place your order or after the game ships.
You’ll see the Mario Kart 8 egift card when you add the game to your cart.
Whether you take advantage of the deal or not, all copies of Mario Kart 8 come with a free digital game. In North America, your choices are New Super Mario Bros. U, Pikmin 3, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, and Wii Party U. European gamers have an even wider selection available to them.
Dell is not the only retailer offering preorder bonuses for Mario Kart 8. If you reserve the game at Best Buy, you’ll receive $10 worth of gasoline.
Mario Kart 8 launches May 30 exclusively for Wii U. In addition to the standard version, gamers in the United States and Europe can buy Mario Kart 8 Wii U bundles that include the game, a system, and other goodies like a special racing wheel and Wii Remote Plus.
For more on Mario Kart 8, be sure to watch tons of new video footage from the game.
