PlayStation’s annual Play promotion returns for 2016, and it’s bringing with it four new games to PS4 over the next month.
Play officially kicks off next Tuesday, July 26, with the release of Double Fine’s Headlander–the game where you’re a floating head who takes control of robot bodies. It’ll then be followed by Abzu (the underwater exploration game nominated for Best Original Game at E3), Brutal (a sort of dungeon crawler with a distinct art style), and Bound (the game teased by God of War’s developer), with one game coming each following Tuesday.
Each game will be available at a 20 percent discount for PlayStation Plus members who preorder them. All preorders also come with an exclusive PS4 theme; these are all static, save for the one that comes with Bound, which is a dynamic theme.
Additionally, buying at least two of the four games by August 23 will earn you a coupon granting 20 percent discount off a future PlayStation Store purchase. There are some restrictions on what this can be used on that you can read about here; for instance, you can’t use it toward preorders on future games or a PlayStation Plus subscription.
The Play 2016 schedule follows below with PlayStation Store links for each game. Preorders are live now, although the Abzu discount doesn’t appear to be available yet and Bound is showing up for $10, rather than $16.
