The final episode in the first season of Telltale Games’ Game of Thrones series, called The Ice Dragon, will debut on November 17, the developer confirmed today, also releasing some new images from it.
The Ice Dragon will be available to download on that date for PC/Mac, as well as PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. It also launches that date for iOS and Android devices. Telltale notes that this is the first time in the company’s history that a series finale will be available to play on all platforms on the same date. A disc-based version of Game of Thrones also launches on November 17 for consoles, priced at $30.
The official plot description for The Ice Dragon follows below.
“Your story is about to come to an epic conclusion. With House Whitehill tightening its grip on Ironrath at the behest of Ramsay Bolton, the remaining Forresters must give their all to save the family, whether through diplomacy, subterfuge, or violent force. In the frozen wilds beyond The Wall, Gared learns the secrets of the mysterious North Grove, and Mira discovers that political games in a King’s Landing controlled by Cersei Lannister often involve the highest stakes of all.”
Telltale has not yet confirmed if it will produce a second season of its Game of Thrones series. For more on the five previous episodes, check out GameSpot’s reviews below.
