In Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, you can recruit cat-like supporting characters called Palicoes (formerly known as Felynes), and if that wasn’t cute enough, today Capcom revealed that you’ll be able to dress them up in Mega Man gear.

As you can see in the video above, the Palico outfit is based on Mega Man’s classic armor (with extra room for cat ears), while his weapon is inspired by Mega Man’s red robot dog, Rush.

This isn’t the first piece of content in Monster Hunter based on other major game franchises. Capcom previously announced Nintendo-themed content that allows you to play Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate as Metroid’s Samus, or dress up in Link’s green tunic, shield, and sword from The Legend of Zelda. And if you’re not going to dress up your Palico as Mega Man, you can dress him up as one of the characters from Animal Crossing.

Ultimate is an enhanced version of Monster Hunter 4 headed to 3DS. It launches today in Japan, and is expected out in early 2015 in North America.
