The WCS Europe Season 3 League finals are upon us! Over the past few weeks, many talented players have charged into the fray, and now just eight remain following last week’s Round of 16 groups. Their next battle will be the WCS Europe Regional Finals at ESL TV Studio One in Cologne, Germany. The winner will take home the $20,000 first place prize, as well as 1,500 WCS Points. Those points are precious; for some of these players this will be their last chance to earn a seat at the Grand Finals at BlizzCon in November.
The shoutcasting team of Shaun 'Apollo' Clark, Manuel 'Grubby' Schenkhuizen, and James 'Kaelaris' Carrol will be back in the studio, along with host Geoff ’iNcontroL’ Robinson, and a live studio audience. Games begin at 16:00 CEST on October 5 and 12:00 CEST on October 6. Be sure to catch the finals at 21:15 CEST on October 6 to see who gains the title of WCS Europe Season 3 Champion. The top five players will advance to the cross-region 2013 WCS Season 3 Finals in Toronto, Canada. You can tune in on the WCS portal or, if you’re in the Cologne area, purchase tickets to be part of the in-studio audience.
If you can't make it to Cologne, you can still join eSports enthusiasts at your nearest BarCraft! To find the closest one, check out our Barcraft portal.
Now, the battle will be fierce between the Polish, Spanish, Norwegian and Korean players. They all want to be the king of Europe, but only one can claim the title… Which one of them do you think can take this crown? Let us know below.
