Have you been collecting Swallow Steps from your drops? You can now exchange them for various rewards!

Swallow Step

Redeem your Swallow Steps through two unique exchange packs: Year of the Horse Pack and Swallow Step Pack. Each pack has its own redemption code, which you can use to acquire the packs in game. Here's how to redeem your rewards:

1) Use the redemption code for each pack either through the Arc client (Main Menu > Redeem a Code) or through our Rewards website: https://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem

2) Choose the server and the character you would like to receive the exchange pack.

3) While in game, go to the Courier and acquire the exchange pack through the mailed message.

4) Open your Bag and right-click on the exchange pack.

5) The Exchange window will appear. Click on the “Exchange” buttons for the items you would like to redeem for.

– Redemption codes can be used up to twice per account (one for your main character and one for an alt).

– All exchange packs are bound to your characters. All items redeemed from the exchange packs are also bound to your characters.

– Exchange packs cannot be discarded, sold to NPCs, demolished, or dropped in PvP. Please make sure you have enough space to hold them.

– Swallow Steps will continue to drop until the next expansion update.
